Field Sales Representative
This is NOT a multi-level-marketing opportunity
Immediate opportunity for a Field Sales Representative with proven business development skills and sound territory management and presentation skills. We require passion and commitment to whole food nutrition and a holistic lifestyle. The Field Sales Representative provides nutritional support and business development consulting services to our practitioner accounts. It is not required to take orders, but the Field Sales Representative is responsible for the growth and development of the assigned territory.
Build and manage strong relationships with practitioner accounts and staff through regularly scheduled appointments, consultations, presentations, product-training and clinical support with the goal of assisting them to develop and grow their nutritional business
Assist accounts in ongoing business development of nutrition practice by constant attention to their needs, attention to their sales pattern, assisting with solutions to any clinical challenges
Provide clinical support as needed (clinical training provided)
Recruit accounts for attendance at educational workshops and seminar events and assisting with weekend and evening workshops
Deliver product-related presentations to practitioners, clinic staff and patients
Prospect for qualified new accounts
Business development, nutrition or health care related experience required
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
Health conscious and knowledge of nutritional and herbal medicine with some physiology, biochemistry or nutrition background is helpful, but not required
Reliable communication technology and reliable, insured transportation is a must
Valid driver's license is required
Quarterly over-night travel (or less) to furthest part of territory
Candidates preferably live within territory
Candidates will receive ongoing training and support, a competitive income with pre-approved business-related expenses reimbursed and will become part of a small, elite local team! This is a contract job within the North Texas area, and not an employee/employer position.
